ABOUT
Alexander “Zan” Patorgis is a partner at Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLP, specializing in civil tort litigation. His practice focuses on defending individuals, corporations, and insurance companies in general liability and automotive litigation cases, as well as E&O liability matters. Zan also handles cases involving insurance coverage disputes and bad faith, including both first- and third-party claims, as well as first-party property damage claims.
Zan received his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law. While in law school, Zan was the vice president of appellate advocacy for Moot Court. Prior to joining the firm, Zan worked as a staff attorney for the Administrative Office of the Courts and practiced real estate law at an Atlanta area firm.
Zan lives with his wife and two sons in Decatur and is an avid Boston sports fan.
