Amanda Aiello is an associate at Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLP. She specializes in civil tort litigation, handling automobile claims, premises liability claims, and claims relating to uninsured and underinsured motorist benefits.
Prior to joining Cruser Mitchell, Amanda was an associate with an insurance defense firm on Long Island, defending clients in automobile accidents, premises liability claims and labor law. Amanda has litigated cases throughout New York and has appeared in the Appellate Term and Appellate Department. Amanda began her career as an associate at a matrimonial and family law firm, where she advocated for the best interests of her clients.
Amanda graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from St. John’s University. She received her Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
