ABOUT
Ashley Landers is a senior attorney at Cruser Mitchell’s Georgia office, specializing in employment practice litigation. Before joining Cruser Mitchell, Ashley spent eight years as an associate for a boutique labor & employment firm in Atlanta, Georgia where she primarily defended manufacturing companies in L&E matters nationwide. Ashley’s prior experience includes representing both sides of complex class action litigation, as well as defending matters in front of the DOL, EEOC, OSHA, NLRB, and the IBEW.
As part of her employment practice at Cruser Mitchell, Ashley handles a wide variety of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims under federal and state law, including Title VII, ADEA, ADA and the FMLA. Ashley also handles wage and hour claims under the FLSA, as well as whistleblower actions in front of government agencies.
Ashley is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and has also practiced pro hac vice in Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas.
In her spare time, Ashley enjoys working out, coaching club volleyball, spending time with her family and her dog, attending Braves games, and traveling as often as she can.
