Brett A. Smith is a partner in the Cruser Mitchell Orlando office. Brett focuses his practice on personal injury, premises liability, employment law, construction litigation, products liability and general liability, as well as complex insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. He represents individuals, companies, corporations and insurance companies in state and federal courts.
Brett’s previous experience includes both criminal and civil practice. He completed his undergraduate work at Indiana University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in political science, and received his juris doctorate from Barry University School of Law in 2010. Prior to completing his undergraduate degree, Brett was an award-winning sports journalist.
Brett is licensed to practice in all Florida State and Federal courts as well as the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
