ABOUT
Briana Padilla is an associate at Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Gaston & Zimet, LLP who specializes in civil tort litigation, including automotive liability cases and insurance coverage litigation. She is a first generation American and first generation attorney. Briana worked as an intern at the New Jersey office of Cruser, Mitchell prior to attending law school.
During law school, Briana clerked for the Hon. Julien Xavier Neals at the U.S. District Court in New Jersey. She was an active member of the University of South Carolina School of Law Mock Trial Team, earning national finalist and semi-finalist distinctions from 2023–2025.
In her free time, Briana enjoys trying new recipes, kickboxing, and adding to her vinyl collection.
