Cecile is a partner in the Orlando office of Cruser Mitchell and focuses on first-party insurance defense, premises liability and construction litigation. She has over 20 years of extensive experience in the areas of general civil litigation and insurance matters, including nursing home and medical malpractice, and commercial law.
Cecile began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando, Florida, where she gained valuable courtroom experience and successfully tried cases to verdict. She has worked in Orlando for several prestigious and well-known for law firms, where she successfully litigated and defended nursing homes throughout the State of Florida and handled other civil matters including general insurance defense, products liability and commercial litigation cases.
Cecile brings her extensive trial and collaborative dispute resolution experience to each matter to obtain unparalleled results for her clients. She has demonstrated a commitment to her clients’ needs and zealously represents her clients both within and outside the courtroom.
Cecile is a member of the Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Hispanic Bar Association, Florida Bar Association and is a member of the Federal Court of the Middle District of Florida. Cecile is also a volunteer and former Board Member of a local charity, New Hope for Kids, located in Central Florida.
