ABOUT
Chelsea Cooke is an associate in the Georgia office of Cruser Mitchell and her practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, representing individuals, businesses, and insurance companies.
Chelsea attended Kennesaw State University where she earned a degree in criminal justice with a concertation in criminal justice administration. Prior to law school, Chelsea gained experience in the legal field through an internship with the Gwinnet County Solicitor’s Office, interning with an intellectual property attorney, and working in a bankruptcy law firm upon graduating college.
During law school, Chelsea obtained her certified legal intern clearance and interned with the 9th Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office in Orange County (Orlando, Florida) where she had the opportunity to argue various motions and assist in high-stake trials. While in law school, Chelsea also worked at a firm which specializes in insurance defense, contractual disputes, and third-party property damage claims. Additionally, she was a student tutor for the Student Bar Association as well as a tutor for the Black Law Student Association.
In her spare time, Chelsea likes to try new foods, exercise, spend time with her family (specifically her twin nieces), and watch the Investigation Discovery channel and reality TV.
