Dana is an associate at Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet LLP, specializing in civil tort litigation. Her practice primarily focuses in the areas of defending individuals, corporations, and insurance companies in general liability and automotive litigation matters.
Dana earned a BA in English from Spelman College. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor at Wake Forest University School of Law. While in law school, Dana was a member of the Wake Forest Journal of Law and Policy, Domestic Violence Awareness Coalition, and was a certified Navigator for the Affordable Care Act. After law school, her practice primarily consisted of medical malpractice defense cases where she represented healthcare providers, nursing homes, and healthcare systems in litigation. Most recently, Dana earned a MS in Bioethics from Columbia University.
In her spare time, Dana enjoys taking classes at Orangetheory, walking the Beltline, playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with her dog, Jaxen.
