ABOUT
Daniel Liebowitz is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Orlando office, which he opened in 2011. His practice focuses on defending personal injury cases involving catastrophic injuries including TBI and wrongful death.
Most of Daniel’s 25-year career has been spent trying cases on behalf of Fortune 500 companies in state and federal courts throughout Florida. He has represented Fortune 500 companies in auto accidents, high-dollar premises liability and general liability matters, trucking litigation and products liability cases of all kinds, including automobiles, tires, personal watercraft, boat components, ATVs, construction equipment, tankless water heaters, ladders, personal hygiene products, lawn tractors and other outdoor power equipment. Daniel also served a national counsel for multiple large corporations overseeing litigation throughout the United States.
