ABOUT
Dominko C. Rumph is of counsel at Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLP. Dominko specializes in general insurance defense litigation, representing individuals, private companies, corporations, and insurance companies. Dominko received his undergraduate degree from Fort Valley State University in 2011 and earned his Juris Doctor from the Valparaiso University School of Law in 2014.
Prior to joining Cruser Mitchell, Dominko represented companies and individuals in insurance defense litigation matters in addition to representing mortgage trusts and other secured creditors in bankruptcy and foreclosure matters. Dominko has also worked as an Assistant Circuit Public Defender for the Georgia Public Defenders Council in the Cordele Judicial Circuit. In his role as an Assistant Circuit Public Defender, Dominko successfully represented criminal defendants in all aspects of criminal litigation including probation revocations; motion hearings; bench trials; and jury trials. During law school, Dominko interned at the Northern District of Indiana Federal Community Defenders, where he assisted federal public defenders in representing criminal defendants in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
