Eileen P. Darroll

ABOUT

Eileen Darroll is a partner with Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLP and has more than 25 years of employment law experience both in successfully litigating employment claims in state and federal court and in counseling employers on all aspects of the employment relationship. She has worked for large New York law firms and has represented public entities in employment litigation.

Eileen has conducted investigations into alleged violations of FEHA and has drafted numerous employment handbooks and employee policies. She has also advised employers on wage and hour laws and potential violations and on hiring and terminating employees, including C-Suite employees.

Prior to joining Cruser Mitchell, Eileen was Employment and Litigation Counsel for a public company for 11 years. Eileen graduated from California State University Long Beach, cum laude, with a B.A. in English Literature, and Southwestern University. She is admitted to practice in all state courts in California and in the Central District, the Northern District, and the Eastern District of California.
