ABOUT
Emily Everden is an associate in the Cruser Mitchell Chicago office, focusing primarily on complex insurance coverage litigation and general liability matters in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Cruser Mitchell, Emily worked on cases involving equitable remedies as a law clerk in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County and as an associate practicing in insurance defense and personal injury.
During law school, Emily focused her experiences on litigation by clerking for the City of Chicago and various non-profit organizations. Upon graduation, Emily was recognized with the International Academy of Trial Lawyers award for her distinguished achievement in advocacy.
Emily is originally from Cleveland, Ohio, but has called Chicago home for many years. Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her two rescue dogs, crafting, exploring Chicago’s neighborhoods, and cheering on THE Ohio State Buckeyes during football season.
