Emily O. Sery

ABOUT

Emily Sery is a litigation associate at Cruser Mitchell, where she advises clients primarily on trucking liability, motor carrier law, premises liability and products liability.

Emily received her undergraduate degree from the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs, and gladly stayed in Bloomington thereafter to earn her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. While in law school, Emily participated in the Outreach for Legal Literacy project, where she taught basic legal concepts and constitutional foundations to local fifth graders. During her second and third year of law school, Emily was also chosen to serve as a mentor for first year students.

Before joining Cruser Mitchell, Emily served as a claims attorney for a trucking insurance company, where she handled high-dollar commercial trucking claims.
