Emmaline Wilder is an associate with Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLP. She specializes in automotive litigation, trucking liability, bad faith litigation, insurance coverage, premises liability, and catastrophic injury and wrongful death.
Emmaline earned her Bachelor’s and law degrees from Mercer University and worked as a law clerk in Macon, Georgia while in law school. She was a legal intern with the Office of the General Counsel with the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta and also worked as a family law attorney.
Emmaline is a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society and The American Health Lawyers Association, and a recipient of the CALI Award in Administrative Law and in International Law.
