Gary Spitzer is an experienced and accomplished lawyer with more than twenty five years of litigation experience, including acting as lead counsel in numerous bench and jury trials and arbitrations. His practice focuses in the areas of business litigation, complex tort litigation and employment law, including claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. He also handles claims for violation of wage and hour standards, conducts employment investigations and provides advice and counsel to employers, including drafting of employee handbooks, employment agreements and personnel policies.
Working at smaller boutique law firms and national law firms, Gary has represented national corporations, mid-sized companies, individuals, and public entities in cases before Federal and State courts. He is admitted to the California State Bar and the Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of California of the United States District Court.
Gary earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Dean’s List. He graduated, with honors, from the University of Southern California with a double B.A. in History and International Relations. He also studied International Law at the University of Bonn in Germany.
