Obtained a favorable outcome in a worker’s compensation claim involving a fraudulent claimant alleging over 15 years of medical care and permanent injury related to a work accident. The claimant attempted to argue that the Statute of Limitations did not preclude the claim as his employer refused him medical care when he requested it at the time of the accident. As a result of Mrs. Case’s diligent defense and questioning of the claimant at trial, the judge found the claimant had misrepresented his injury, failed to timely seek medical care, and rejected the claimant’s testimony as “unworthy of belief.”
