Janelle Russell is an associate with Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLP, specializing in civil tort litigation. Her practice focuses on automotive litigation defending individuals, corporations, and insurance companies.
Janelle received her undergraduate degree from Georgia State University and her Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law.
During law school, Janelle was a summer intern with the Travelers Insurance Staff Counsel Office and worked part-time as a law clerk for a boutique personal injury firm. She also studied human rights at the Oxford Institute for Ethics, Law, and Armed Conflict at the University of Oxford through Mercer’s Oxford Program.
Janelle is a native of Brooklyn, New York and of Jamaican descent. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, mentoring young girls, and spending time with her friends.
