Jasmina Aragon is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Gaston & Zimet, LLP. Jasmina focuses her practice on litigation and labor and employment matters.
Jasmina defends employers against claims of workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour claims in state court, federal court, and arbitration. She assists employers with pre-litigation negotiation and resolution of employee disputes. Jasmina provides comprehensive representation, which includes counseling and compliance. Through counseling her clients, Jasmina helps employers create and maintain a safe workplace where employees are valued. Jasmina’s practice also includes civil litigation, premises liability, and professional liability claims.
Because litigation can be overwhelming for many individuals and companies, Jasmina’s top priority is to reduce her clients’ financial exposure and keep them out of harm’s way.
