Jesse LeVine is an associate with Cruser Mitchell’s Orlando office focusing his practice in products liability, premises liability, auto liability, and complex general liability matters involving wrongful death and catastrophic injuries.
While at the University of Miami School of Law, Jesse completed a fellowship at the Investor Rights Clinic and represented under-served investors in securities arbitration claims against their brokers before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Jesse was also selected to participate in the Security and Exchange Commission’s Student Honors Program and served as a Graduate Advisor for the University of Miami.
Jesse previously served as an Assistant Public Defender and Assistant State Attorney and has first chair trial experience. As an Assistant Public Defender, Jesse was appointed to serve as the Staff Attorney for the Honorable David L. Denkin’s DUI Court. Jesse has also worked for a large insurance defense firm in Orlando and defended claims of medical malpractice, premises liability, auto liability, negligent security, wrongful death and first party property damage.
