Keith A. Gaston is the managing partner of the Indiana office of Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLP. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Millikin University and received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law. Keith has extensive experience in motor carrier, product liability and railroad defense litigation in state and federal courts. He represents trucking companies in litigation of accidents as well as manufacturers in product liability cases. He has tried numerous product liability and transportation cases to verdict and has successfully mediated scores of additional cases.
Keith is a member of the American Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Tort and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association (Chair, Rail and Motor Carrier Committee 1990-1991), and the Trucking Industry Defense Association. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
Keith is a frequent panelist and speaker at programs and seminars of the American Bar Association, American Trucking Associations and Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum.
