Keith T. Bostwick is an associate at Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLP. His practice focuses primarily in civil litigation, specializing in the areas of transportation liability, products liability, premises liability, insurance coverage disputes, and employment litigation. In addition to civil litigation, Keith also represents clients in probate matters including Title 30 Guardianship applications.
Keith earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Montclair State University and his Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers School of Law—Newark. During law school, Keith interned for The Honorable Bonnie J. Mizdol, A.J.S.C. in the New Jersey Superior Court, Bergen County and was a student attorney in the Rutgers Child Advocacy Clinic. After earning his law degree, Keith clerked for The Honorable Alvaro L. Iglesias, J.S.C. (Ret.) in New Jersey Superior Court, Hudson County. Prior to joining the firm, Keith served as an in-house trial attorney for New Jersey’s largest auto insurer and then as an associate for a large national law firm.
Keith is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey State and Hudson County Bar Associations.
