Kenneth Drake focuses on professional malpractice matters involving the representation of lawyers, accountants, architects and engineers, and insurance agents. He also practices in the areas of construction litigation, products liability, major personal injury, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation disputes.

Kenneth maintains an active appellate practice, and handles appeals in all of Florida’s appellate courts as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals Eleventh Circuit. He is a native of Miami.
