A native of Gainesville, Georgia, Maggie Davis Beall is an associate at Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLP. Her practice focuses on premises liability, transportation litigation, subrogation, professional malpractice, and bad faith insurance claims. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Georgia, graduating cum laude. Maggie received her law degree from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University.
While in law school, Maggie was a member of the Board of Advocates, member of the American Association of Justice Trial Team, and named Best Overall Advocate in the Charleston School of Law Mock Trial Competition.
Maggie is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
