Matthew Parker is an associate at Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLP. His practice primarily focuses in the areas of transportation liability, employment liability, construction defect, premises liability, and professional liability claims.
Matthew earned his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law. While at Boston University, Matthew served as the Projects Editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine. participated in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition, the Homer Albers Prize Moot Court Competition, and earned the Best Brief Award at the Edward C. Stone Moot Court Competition. His article, “Examining an Ending at the Close of the Ahlborn Era – Gallardo v. Dudek,” was published in the American Journal of Law and Medicine.
Matthew is a graduate of Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. During his time at Muhlenberg, Matthew worked as the Presidential Assistant of Web Content Coordination and was the captain of the college’s wrestling team during his senior year. After Muhlenberg, Matthew worked as a Professor of English at Shandong Jiaotong University in Jinan, China.
Matthew is admitted in the State of New Jersey and New York. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York State Bar Associations.
