Meghan Henry serves as Managing Partner in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania offices of Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Gaston & Zimet, LLP. She is a seasoned attorney and trusted advisor, specializing in general liability defense. Her legal expertise encompasses premises liability, products liability, trucking and transportation, sexual abuse and assault, catastrophic construction injuries, and bad faith claims. Meghan also has experience related to various E/O matters.

Meghan is widely recognized for her exceptional litigation skills and her unwavering commitment to delivering tailored legal solutions. Her approach to each case is goal-oriented, focusing on identifying an exit strategy from the outset to create a streamlined defense plan that best serves the client’s needs.

In addition to her litigation work, Meghan hosts a popular podcast, Claims Never Sleep, where she engages in discussions with claims professionals about industry trends, hot topics, and claims strategies.
