Michael T. Moran is an associate at Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLP. His practice primarily focuses in the areas of transportation liability, employment liability, construction defect, premises liability, and professional liability claims.
Mike completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science. Mike went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Michigan State International Law Review.
After law school, Mike served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Christopher R. Kazlau, J.S.C. (Bergen Vicinage). Following his clerkship, Mike was employed as a Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, where he defended the State of New Jersey, state agencies and employees, sue-and-be-sued public entities, and county prosecutors’ offices in tort and civil rights actions filed in federal court and state court.
