Mitchell “Mitch” Vachon is an associate at Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet LLP. He specializes in litigation regarding employment practices, homeowners’ association litigation, premises liability, and wrongful death.
Mitch received a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Finance from Cal Poly Pomona. While at Cal Poly Pomona, Mitch participated in the school’s financial market lab and received a certificate in real estate upon graduation. He went on to receive his law degree from Emory University School of Law, where he participated in the Transactional Certificate Program. In law school, Mitch worked at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as a legal intern and participated in the American Bar Association’s student tax challenge.
Prior to joining the firm, Mitch worked as a judicial law clerk for Honorable Denise D. Fachini and Honorable T. Christopher Hughes with the Cordele Judicial Circuit. While clerking, Mitch gained valuable experience handling a wide variety of state law issues, including habeas corpus and wrongful death.
