Molly J. Durso is an associate at Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLP. Molly has devoted her career to defending personal injury and wrongful death claims. Her defense practice includes civil rights claims, medical negligence claims, automobile claims, premises liability claims, and negligent security claims. Molly also has experience defending governmental agencies in tort litigation.
Molly grew up in Southwest Florida. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Legal Studies with a specialization in Litigation and Advocacy. Molly continued on to the Florida A&M University College of Law, where she earned three book awards and graduated cum laude, while also working full-time as a paralegal at a small, local firm. While in law school, Molly also participated in the Guardian Ad Litem Clinic, and she continues to volunteer as a Guardian Ad Litem in juvenile dependency matters.
