Robert J. Faugno is an associate at Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLP. His practice primarily focuses in the areas of transportation liability, employment liability, construction defect, premises liability, as well as professional liability claims.
Robert previously served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Peter B. Bariso, Jr., Assignment Judge, in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson Vicinage.
Robert completed his undergraduate education at Syracuse University, and then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate at Seton Hall Law School. During his time at Syracuse University, Robert was an Order of Omega Scholar who was awarded Syracuse University’s IFC Man of the Year award and a Hudson County Proclamation for his philanthropic efforts.
In law school, Robert was a Seton Hall Leadership Fellow, during which he helped implement a number of community-based leadership projects. He also served as a Student Attorney for the Civil Litigation Clinic, helping local clients with a variety of legal issues. Robert was a member of the Seton Hall Law Mock Trial team and competed in the National Employment Law Mock Trial Competition in New York City.
Robert is admitted in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Hudson County Bar Association.
