Sunny Nasworthy is an associate at Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLP. Her practice covers a wide range of civil matters in both state and federal court. Sunny specializes in employment law, homeowners’ association claims, public entity/municipal liability, civil rights, and complex tort and product liability law.
Sunny received her undergraduate degree in 2011 from The University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. She earned her Juris Doctorate in 2014 from Georgia State University College of Law. Before joining Cruser Mitchell, Sunny worked in the E-Discovery practice group of a large Atlanta law firm specializing in cases involving tax fraud, product liability, complex business disputes, and government investigations.
Sunny is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, and the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.
