ABOUT
Sunny Nasworthy is a partner at Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLP who specializes in civil litigation related to employment discrimination, wage and hour claims, community association law, including HUD complaints, premises liability, product defect, wrongful death, professional liability, and E&O matters. Sunny also serves as general counsel for employers and frequently reviews employee handbooks, arbitration agreements, and non-compete/non-solicitation agreements for compliance with all federal, state and local laws.
Sunny graduated from Georgia State University College of Law in 2014, and she received her B.A. in Business Management in 2011 from The University of Georgia. Before joining Cruser Mitchell in 2016, Sunny worked in the E-Discovery practice group of a large Atlanta law firm specializing in cases involving tax fraud, product liability, complex business disputes, and governmental investigations. Sunny is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, and the United States District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.
