ABOUT
Ted S. Huggins is an associate with Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston, & Zimet, LLP, who specializes in civil tort litigation.
Born and raised in New York City, Ted received his undergraduate degree from SUNY Binghamton before moving to Georgia and earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. While there, Ted was an editorial board member of the Georgia Journal of International & Comparative Law and a competitor in the Negotiation Competition Team. As a team member, he represented UGA Law in national negotiation competitions.
Before joining Cruser Mitchell, Ted worked as a Staff Attorney for the Honorable Judge Bedelia C Hargrove at the DeKalb County Probate Court. This experience provided an invaluable perspective into probate court practice and an in-depth understanding of alternative dispute resolution by assisting in the settlement of numerous cases via mediation.
When he is not zealously advocating on behalf of his clients, Ted enjoys spending time with family and friends, competing at the local CrossFit Gym, and practicing the sport of Muay Thai.
