ABOUT
William Talley grew up near Atlanta, Georgia, attended Florida State University in Tallahassee, and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami. He joined Cruser Mitchell in July 2023 and represents clients for a variety of matters, including premises liability, personal injury, and breach of contract.
In law school, he served as executive editor of the International & Comparative Law Review and as Vice President of the Society of Bar & Gavel, a public service organization. He has previously litigated cases involving tort law, contracts, antitrust law, trademark law, public law, noncompete agreements, guardianship, and constitutional law.
He enjoys music, FSU and Atlanta sports, and iced coffee.
