Congratulations to Landon Schwob, who has been promoted to partner in the California office. Landon’s practice focuses on employment, professional and premises liability, and he has recently obtained several defense verdicts in court and successful arbitration on employment claims.
The California office also welcomed two new partners this month. Stacie Turner focuses her attention on employment practices, including wrongful terminations, sexual harassment, state and federal disability law, as well as FMLA and worker’s compensation matters. Prior to joining Cruser Mitchell, Stacie served as Vice President and General Counsel of Exceptional Living Centers, where she managed labor and employee relations and healthcare regulatory compliance for the organization’s locations in seven states. Stacie is admitted to the State Bar in California and Kentucky.
