Litigation firm Cruser Mitchell today announced a major expansion with the addition of an office in California staffed with six seasoned civil defense attorneys. Established in 2000, Cruser Mitchell was founded on a vision of providing legal services of the highest quality while utilizing metric-based litigation management practices to minimize clients’ legal exposure and expenses, and has even produced an authoritative book on the subject, The Disruptive Lawyer’s Little Black Book of Litigation Management. The firm represents clients in all types of litigation, including employment and professional liability claims, complex product liability cases, premises and general liability matters, auto and trucking matters, insurance coverage and bad-faith disputes, and other civil matters.
The new presence in California comes about in response to numerous client requests for Cruser Mitchell representation there. The new team members join the firm from Jampol Zimet, LLP and will enable the firm to provide services to clients in the state of California. “After almost a year of courtship, we have found our partner in excellence, which holds the same ideals and vision we have for providing our mutual clients exceptional legal representation at a reasonable price. Together, our new firm can provide clients across the country with our unwavering dedication to resolving their claims quickly,” said Marc Zimet. Together with its offices in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, the firm now includes more than 45 attorneys, as well an experienced team of professional support staff.
“For years, clients have been asking us for a California presence and we simply could not find the right fit, and we refused to rush forward with the wrong partner. After a decade of due diligence, we are thrilled to be able to extend the firm’s reach from coast to coast,” shared founding partner, Bill Mitchell. Robb Cruser continued, “This is a natural next step in our firm’s growth. We share a commonality of clients with Jampol Zimet and, more importantly, a common litigation philosophy. Finding the right partner was our priority, and we’ve done that.”
Beginning September 1st, the firm will operate under the name Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLP.
