Cruser Mitchell Announces Expansion with Addition of Seattle, Washington Office

Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLP is pleased to announce the January 1, 2021 opening of a Seattle, Washington office headed by partner Timothy Mitchell. This is the firm’s eighth office, joining locations in California, Florida, Indiana, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. The office will provide legal services throughout the state of Washington.

Washington office managing partner Timothy Mitchell joined Cruser Mitchell in 2015. Timothy’s practice specializes in first-party bad faith insurance claims, complex product liability and catastrophic injury claims, E/O claims including malpractice, and representing employers in EPL claims, from EEOC charges to ADA claims. He will be joined in Washington by his fiancée, a JAG officer with the Army’s 7th Infantry Division at Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
