Craig Terrett convinced the Georgia Court of Appeals to reverse a lower court’s denial of their motion for summary judgment on a coverage issue. The Court of Appeals held that the liability policy issued to the driver’s father did not provide coverage for the son’s two minor passengers, one of whom was killed, as the son was listed as an excluded driver on the policy. The decision resulted in a savings to the client of its $50,000 insurance policy.
