Kristin Yoder secured a judgment in favor of the Defendant after it was determined during the course of trial that the Co-Defendant was the at-fault party. The Plaintiff claimed to have sustained personal injuries in a three car accident. Both Defendants were issued citations as a result of thereof. During the course of the trial evidence was presented which indicated that the at-fault party was the Co-Defendant, leading the Plaintiff to ultimately concede that the Defendant was free from fault for the subject accident.
